Black Pearl Mail has already configured the backend systems to work with their Proofpoint products.
There are a couple of items that need to be changed from the normal Configuration of O365.
- Ensure that they Black Pearl Mail rules ("Internal Bypass" & "Black Pearl Mail") sit above the rule for Proofpoint. This is done by changing the Priority in the rules. Internal bypass should be"0" and Black Pearl Mail '1"
- In the Black Pearl Mail rule, make sure to check the "Stop processing any more rules"
