Exclude routing email through Black Pearl Mail when sent to a specific user for M365
These steps will allow you to exclude routing email through Black Pearl Mail went sent to a specific user in M365.

The following steps will need to be done within your organization's M365 Global Administrator dashboard.
STEP 1 – Log in to M365 Exchange Admin Console
2. Sign in with your M365 global admin credentials.
STEP 2 - Edit Existing Black Pearl Mail Rule
1. Select Mail flow > Rules from the left-hand side menu.
2. Click on the Black Pearl Mail rule.
3. Click Edit rule conditions.
4. Scroll down to Except if and click the + symbol.
5. A new Or option will appear down the bottom of the page. In the first drop down, select The recipient. In the second drop down, select Address includes any of these words.
6. A new window should open up. Enter the email address of the recipient you would like to exclude from routing through Black Pearl Mail, then click the Add button. Repeat the steps if there are additional addresses to add.
7. Click Save.
8. Click Save again.
