First, log in to the Black Pearl Mail App: Logging in
Once logged in, navigate to the “People” icon in the top navigation bar.
You will now see a “Search” field on the left-hand side which will allow you to input text
Enter the name or email address of the person you are looking for in the search field. The search will load results based on what you have entered. You do not need to hit enter when doing your search.
Once you have found the person you are looking for, click on the person's profile to edit or remove profile details, turn the signature on/off, etc.
If any changes have been made to the profile click the "Save" button in the upper right-hand corner.
Within 2 minutes the changes will have propagated to our mail transport agents.
