First login to the Black Pearl Mail App: Logging in
Once logged in navigate to the “Analytics” icon in the top navigation bar.
On the left hand navigation click the “Export Clicks” button.
You will now be presented with the below screen.
There are four search criteria that you can use:
- From - this is the sender of the email and you only need to put in part of an email address e.g. john.smith
- To - this is the recipient email and you only need to put in part of an email address e.g. john.smith
- From Date - this is date / time field that allows you to choose how far back you want to search
- To Date - this is a date / time field that allows you to choose a date / time in the past if you want to limit your search
Once you have chosen your search criteria you then click the “Update” button
The results will now be displayed in chronological order.
You can also export the results by clicking the “Export CSV” button which will download a local copy in a .CSV format
