The CRM system must be able to send an email out through M365 or G Suite, and then M365/G Suite will send the email to us for branding, rather than the CRM system sending directly to Black Pearl Mail. Below is a diagram to demonstrate the route that the email must take when a CRM system is being used:
In regards to finding this out w e recommend contacting the CRM provider directly to ask the question, " Can the CRM system be integrated with M365/G Suite so that all outbound emails from CRM can be routed through the customers G Suite or M365 mailbox?. You can usually find some form of contact details on the CRM providers website.
