Cannot locate a Customer in the BPM App
Customers are able to change their Organization Name within the
Company Settings page. This can cause issues when trying to locate a customer in the Black Pearl Mail app - their company name may not match their email domain or vice versa.
You may want to look at the contact's CRM account to determine what their Organization Name might be.
You may also need to look up their website using their email domain. i.e
mark@qs.com = qs.com maybe actually be a company named QuickSpark.
