Black Pearl Mail Unplanned Service Issue - error "Your connection is not private".
When attempting to visit the login page via

, you are presented with the error "Your connection is not private".
Should you be receiving this error after completing the below troubleshooting steps, this means the
Black Pearl Mail application is currently experiencing intermittent issues for some users.

Reload the webpage - you can hard refresh by using the keyboard shortcut CTRL + F5 for PCs and CMD + F5 for Mac computers

Try to login via an incognito window

If you are able to login via an incognito window, we recommend clearing your cache for your default browser

Check Your Antivirus or Firewall - If you have an antivirus on your Mac or Windows device, you may still be receiving the error message because the antivirus or firewall is overriding your network
