Users receive too many notification emails
If users are reporting that they are receiving too many email notifications, they can easily adjust their settings to limit the amount they receive. This is preferred rather than just disabling Insights for the user. By adjusting their notifications, they can then use the Insights app on an as-needed basis.
Have the user log into their Insights account and go to the Notifications section. Here, they can change the Open Notifications to either only receive emails from Top Recipients (for only email addresses that they enter) or turn off the Open Notifications by selecting None. They can perform these step for the other Notifications, but typically it's the Open Notifications that send the most emails.
