- First login to the Black Pearl Mail App: Logging in
- Once logged in navigate to the “Analytics” icon in the top navigation bar
- You will now be presented with the below screen
There are five search criteria that you can use:
- From - this is the sender of the email and you only need to put in part of an email address e.g. john.smith
- To - this is the recipient email and you only need to put in part of an email address e.g. john.smith
- Subject - this is the subject of the email message, this will look for any words that you enter that are in an email subject
- From Date - this is date / time field that allows you to choose how far back you want to search
- To Date - this is a date / time field that allows you to choose a date/time in the past if you want to limit your search
- Once you have chosen your search criteria you then click the “Go” button
- The results will now be displayed in chronological order based on the time and date.
- You can also export the results by clicking the “Export CSV” button which will download a local copy in a . CSV format.
Disclaimer: The analytic data is based on a revolving 30-day timeline. If this data is needed for historical purposes, then it's recommended to be exported every 29 days.
