There are 2 steps required:
STEP 1 – Login and go to M365 Domain Settings
STEP 2 – Send a Screenshot of the Domains to the Black Pearl Mail Team
1) Open/go to the M365 admin console - https://portal.office.com/adminportal
2) Click on Show all...
3) Click on Settings.
4) Select Domains.
1) Take a screenshot of the current screen and save it. The domain we are specifically interested in is the .onmicrosoft.com address. This is your M365 tenant address.
2) Add the screenshot as an attachment to a new email and send it to support@blackpearlmail.com.
