In order to cancel your Black Pearl Subscription:

  1. Send a cancellation confirmation to our friendly Support Team by Creating a Ticket
  2. You will need to disconnect your email routing with Black Pearl Mail before the end of your subscription.
  3. For Google - Use this guide
  4. For M365 - Use this guide
If you are looking to return in the near future you can instead follow the below articles so that turning Black Pearl back on will be quick and easy.

If the above two steps haven't been actioned before the next billing cycle, subscription charges will still apply.
