Can I have an animated gif logo in my email signature?
Yes! As long as the gif file follows the below conventions:
- The gif image must be between 150 X 150px and 300 X 300px in size. If smaller than 150pm, the system will not allow you to upload this
- The gif file must be smaller than 500kb, ideally under 300kb. The bigger the file size, the longer the image will take to load and it could cause your email to fail to send if the thread becomes to large in size
- For the gif to function, it can only be uploaded in one of the two outlined locations - The gif will not function if loaded as a profile image via the People tab.
a) Via the Company settings page
b) Via the 'Insert image at top' section under Branding & Ads in the template editor.
