Adding a New Group

First, log in to the Black Pearl Mail App: Logging in

Once logged in, navigate to the “Groups” icon in the top navigation bar.



On the left-hand navigation, click the “Add New Group” button



A dialogue box will open with the below information.



You will now be able to enter the name of your group, choose the template for new and reply emails, choose the domains that you wish the group to use, and either add all users or manually select the users at a later date.

Click save and the group will now appear in the left-hand navigation.
