Using the new Actions page
We're rolling out a new and improved Actions Page designed to make managing integrations and audience settings easier and more intuitive. This update gives users more flexibility and control, creating a smoother experience that helps them get the most out of their actions.
Cleaner Dashboard
- Only enabled integrations will appear on the main dashboard (6 max), reducing clutter and creating a more streamlined, user-friendly experience.
Using the Actions Page
You can find the actions page from the dashboard or the side menu.
Below are the key features of the actions page.
- View all available integrations in one centralized location.
- Enable or disable integrations using intuitive toggle controls.
- Manage integration settings and connect to integrations directly from this page.
- Favorite integrations to display them on the dashboard.
What’s New?
- Actions Side-tray: Easily navigate and manage actions with a streamlined, intuitive side tray for quick access.
- Records sent (Integration Run Count) provide insights with a clear view of records synced from Pearl Diver to your integration.
- Audience configuration: Managing audiences for actions is now more intuitive and efficient. Users can easily add new audiences from a predefined dropdown list for seamless audience configuration.
How It Works
Users can add or remove audiences directly from the Action Page.
To Add an Audience:
- Select an audience from the dropdown list under "Add new audience."
- Click the "Update" button to save changes.
To Remove an Audience:
- Click the "X" next to the audience name.
Improved First-Time Enablement Flow
- The Enable Toggle now remains inactive (disabled) until the user completes the authorization process.
- This prevents confusion and ensures proper setup before enabling an action.
- Once authorization is completed, the Enable Toggle will automatically switch to the "enabled" state.
Before an action is enabled it will look like the below
When an Action is not enabled:
Action Status
- The toggle is off, indicating that the action is not enabled.
Action Configuration
- You must authorize the account before you can configure or enable the action.
- This is done by clicking the "Authorize account" button displayed.
After it has been authorized most of the actions will look like the below.

The Audience Mapping Card & Records sent will not be visible for the following Actions Pages:
- Export to Email
- Zapier
- REST API

Intent Audience Mapping is locked as One to One.

Web Audience Mapping is locked as Many to One.
Export to Email Action Page
- The Export to Email action allows users to export audiences via email.
- The Email Recipient field is locked (read-only) to ensure exports go to a predefined address.
- Users can manage audiences by selecting from a dropdown list and clicking Update.
